This is easily the most delicious recipe for warm spiced chai apple cider. It makes for a beautiful fall drink and is so warm and comforting (and great for Vattas like moi!). Enjoy: For a 1/2 gallon of apple cider add:
1 Tb Chai tea
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Place the half gallon in a large pot. Add chai and spices and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Bring heat to low. Serve through a strainer and enjoy!
For non-vegans: also great with a bit of milk or heavy cream!
