Grain Free Flour Mix:
1 C arrowroot flour
1 C fine almond flour
1 tsp. Celtic sea salt
1 tsp. Baking soda
4-6 Tbs. palm sugar
4-6 Tbs. lucuma (optional)
2 farm fresh eggs
1/2 stick grass fed butter or 2-4 Tbs coconut oil
3/4 C coconut milk
1-2 tsp. Vanilla extract
2 Tbs. wildflower raw honey (optional)
2-4 Tbs Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth Protein
~ 2.5 C grain free flour mix
Note: for 100% vegan donuts try using about 4-6 Tbs apple sauce instead of eggs. 1 Tbs. sunflower lecithin powder should help as well.
4-6 Tbs. Surthrival colostrum
2-4 Tbs. wildflower raw honey
1-2 Tbs. coconut oil
Mix all ingredients with a spoon in a small bowl until icing consistency. You may have to add more honey or tiny bit of coconut oil to get to perfect consistency.
Pre heat oven to 375
Whisk two eggs in a bowl
Melt fat with honey
Add coconut milk & vanilla to eggs
Add melted butter & honey
Whisk all liquid ingredients
Add flour and bone broth protein and whisk until semi thick consistency
Add mixture into the silicon doughnut molds
Bake in the top rack for 10-15 minutes
Let cool and add icing and toppings desired (the Carnival Mix or Chocolate sprinkles from India Tree from Whole Foods are great!)
